The staff was superbly friendly and helpful, everything was great. Rooms with big TV and a real bathtub, for example. This hotel was located in a central area really close to many attractions, Union Station and a hospital. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Good experience there.

Relaxing base for exploring Los Angeles. The hotel was in an central setting near Union Station. Northeast Los Angeles district was worth visiting.
The area was very unsafe.

Modern rooms, favourable location, obliging staff. They had an easy check-in too. We didn't find any problems with using free wifi in all rooms. It made our trip to Los Angeles an fine experience.

Delightful room, efficient service, luxury bathroom. Big size suite and great bed. We got delicious pastries and fresh bread for breakfast. We loved super central location and had a brilliant time.
Facilities were great, even so Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Business hotel, very caring staff and exceptional service. The bedrooms were comfortable. We loved QUICK breakfast, offered by the venue. Strategic location in the town, walking distance to tourist attractions. The building itself was amazing with a lovely garden.
